RETROACTIVIDAD EN LAS BECAS FPI/ BACKDATING IN FPI GRANTS

Un compañero nos ha hecho llegar la siguiente información para difundirla. Esperamos que sea de vuestro interés. Se están pagando con carácter retroactivo las pagas extras eliminadas durante el año 2012 en el caso de becas FPI de alumnos matriculados en la UPV. Más información en:

IMPOSIBILIDAD PARA UN CONVENIO PROPIO EN 2015/ NO SPECIFIC COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR BIOGUNE WORKERS IN 2015

 Por motivos económicos CIC bioGUNE es contrario por el momento a aceptar la propuesta de un convenio propio. Sin embargo existe un compromiso por parte de Dirección de mantener los derechos adquiridos de no firmarse el convenio de Industria Química para 2015.

Due to economical reasons, CIC bioGUNE doesn't agree to accept the proposal for a specific collective agreement for Biogune workers. However, Direction agrees to keep adquired rights in case of loss of actual IQ collective agreement in 2015.

NO EXISTIRÁ TERCERA EVALUACIÓN REMUNERADA/ NO SALARY INCREASE FOR THIRD TRIENNIAL EVALUATION

Tras la consulta del Comité sobre la posibilidad de tener un incremento salarial en la 3ª evaluación del personal, como ocurre para las dos anteriores, Dirección establece que SÓLO las dos primeras evaluaciones serán remuneradas, como se indica en la tabla resumen que podéis consultar en el apartado Documentos o bien pinchando en el siguiente enlace:

Ante esta comunicación el comité Solicita el restablecimiento del concepto de Antigüedad, absorbido hasta la fecha por tener la mejora salarial a través de la evaluación remunerada para los 6 primeros años en el centro.

After Works Committee query regarding the 3rd triennial assessment , as it happens for two first ones,  Direction establishes economical remuneration only for 2 first evaluations. Once we had the answer, the committee made an inquery for Seniority concept indicated by the Collected Agreement, which was lost while we were getting the salary increase of the two first evaluations.

NUEVO FORMATO DE NÓMINAS/ NEW PAYROLLS FORMAT

Por fin una nómina más clara!

Tras la solicitud del comité durante el año 2014 del cambio de formato de nómina según convenio y la publicación en el BOE (ver enlace) de la obligatoriedad de aplicación para el año 2015, se ha procedido a modificar el formato de las nóminas para indicar el desglose del salario. Consulta el nuevo formato en pdf en el apartado Documentos para la aclaración de cada término.

Finally a clear payroll document!

After the request of Works Committee during 2014 for a new payroll document according to the format indicated in Collective Agreement and then after the publication in the State Official Bulletin (see link above) for the compulsory application in 2015, the format is been updated to split the salary in its different concepts. Check the new format and explanation of every term in the pdf uploaded in Documents section.
