NUEVOS CURSOS DE FORMACIÓN SUBVENCIONADA/NEW CALL FOR SUBSIDIZE COURSES

Estimados compañeros/as,

Como ya sabéis existe la posibilidad de realizar cursos de formación subvencionados a través de la Tripartita (para más información consultar el apartado Formación de este mismo blog).

Hemos dejado los pdf con una serie de cursos que podrían ser de interés en el apartado Documentos.

Recordad que la condición indispensable para poder acceder a cualquiera de ellos es que esté estrechamente vinculado con el puesto de trabajo, además de otros requisitos que encontraréis en el apartado Formación ya mencionado.

As you may know there is a chance to attend training courses subsidized by Tripartita Foundation (for more information check the file Instructions for training courses posted at Documents section in this blog). In this same tab you can find the pdf files with the list of courses offered so far. Note that it is a requirement that this is linked to your job position, among other that are explained in the mentioned document.

NUNCA ES TARDE SI LA DICHA ES BUENA!

Estimados compañeros/as,

Como se expuso en la asamblea del 22 de abril del 2015, los técnicos de laboratorio al observar las diferencias existentes entre trabajadores/as de la misma categoría, comenzaron una iniciativa consistente en recopilar, de manera anónima, los datos salariales de este colectivo con el fin de presentar una comparativa a RRHH que ayude a equiparar las nóminas.

A raíz de esta iniciativa se observaron algunos errores, en algún caso muy importantes. Para el caso de mayor transcendencia podemos celebrar que ha sido subsanado y compensado ya!
Así que la iniciativa de la revisión de nóminas ha dado sus frutos, por lo que hay que agradecer a sus impulsoras el trabajo realizado. 

Ha sido un largo proceso pero con final feliz, así que sólo nos queda dar las gracias a los/las trabajadores/as que han confiado en este Comité para apoyar sus reclamaciones y animar al resto a hacer lo propio cuando les surja un problema!

NEW CALL FOR POSTDOCS MEETING AT LAIA-BRAINSTORMING

Several CIC bioGUNE PostDocs are eager to know each other, favour networking and talk about the issues that affect your collective.  In order to do so, they propose to meet at Laia Restaurant next October 9th at 3.30 p.m to gather in an informal way (beer/coffee mediated) and start a series of Brainstroming sessions.

FIRMADO EL PREACUERDO SOBRE EL XVIII CONVENIO DE LA INDUSTRIA QUÍMICA

El 18 de junio, la Federación Empresarial de la Industria Química Española (FEIQUE), CC.OO de Industria y FITAG-UGT, procedieron a la firma de preacuerdo del XVIII Convenio General de la Industria Química (CGIQ), pendiente de ratificación por parte de los correspondientes Órganos de Gobierno de cada una de las organizaciones firmantes. los cambios más sustanciales respecto del anterior convenio se pueden ver en el siguiente enlace:

El comité de Trabajadores está a la espera de la aplicación  por parte de Dirección de los cambios que afecten a la plantilla de CIC bioGUNE.

On June 18th FEIQUE (Chemical Industri Federation) and CCOO and FITAG-UGT trade unions signed the new  XVIII Chemical Industry Collective Agreement, still pending to be definitively aprobed by the corresponding Institutions. Works Committee is waiting for Directions´ future application of the changes that will affect CIC bioGUNE staff.

YA TENEMOS RESPUESTA SOBRE EL CONVENIO DE APLICACIÓN EN CIC bioGUNE

Tras la reunión de los representantes de  los Trabajadores con Dirección, tenemos la respuesta a la pregunta sobre qué convenio se aplica a la plantilla de CIC bioGUNE, la cual citamos textualmente:

Ante la solicitud del Comité de empresa de un documento en el que se indique que CIC bioGUNE se rige por el Convenio de la Industria Química, la dirección del Centro informa que éste no se va a preparar por considerar que es suficiente con la mención expresa en los contratos de trabajo. Sin embargo, se recoge en la presente Acta (reunión 03/06/15) de forma expresa que el Convenio que se aplica en CIC bioGUNE es el Convenio Estatal de Industria Química.

After the meeting of Works Committee  and Direction, we already have the answer about the Collective Agreement applied to CIC bioGUNE staff, which is:

`After Works Committee´s request of an official certificate indicating the Collective Agreement applied in the centre, CIC bioGUNE Direction informs that, this won´t be provided as the mention to it in our contracts is considered sufficient. However, they admit in this minute (meeting 03/06/15)  that the one applied to CIC bioGUNE is  The Chemical Industry National Collective Agreement´.

CALL FOR COURSES

If you want to attend a course before the end of the year and would like to know if this could be subsidized, just contact us!

These are the general requirements:

1. Be part of CIC bioGUNE staff (a requirement from the Foundation in charge of dealing with this issue: TRIPARTITA, as the budget comes ONLY from salaries paid by bioGUNE). In case of doubt regarding contracts, please check your situation with administration (Ikerbasque, Ciberehd…).

2. Attend courses of Compulsory Education (Cámara de Comercio or Official School of Languages among others).

  

3. Send an email  BEFORE JULY 15^TH to Works committee writing the following sentence in the subject: ATT. DELEGADA DE FORMACIÓN 

3. When requested, get the documentation to prove the payment of the course and assistance.

   

Despite language courses start in September-October, please let us know by July your plans to have enough time to arrange everything (we need some time in advance to get the documents ready and calculate the budget available) and when the time comes, provide us the documents mentioned above.

For any other kind of courses, just inform us!
